Metro Pristine started in 2014 with two floors of a Garment District showroom and a crew of three. The owner still walks buildings, and most of the first crew still work here.
We grew by keeping one promise: the same people, every night, doing the same checklist, with someone checking. That’s not a slogan; it’s the reason clients who left a franchise cleaner after month six stay with us for years.
Today we clean offices, medical and dental practices, retail, schools and residential common areas across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, with crews that work 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. and a day porter team for buildings that need one.
How we hire and train
- Every crew member is a W-2 employee. We don't subcontract, so the people in your building are ours.
- Background check and reference check before the first shift.
- Two weeks paired with a supervisor before anyone works a building on their own.
- Trained on the building's own checklist and access rules at the walkthrough, not from a generic manual.
- Named on your nightly report, so you always know who was there.
Insurance and compliance
- Certificate of insurance issued within one business day, with additional insureds named the way your management company asks.
- $2M general liability, bonded. Workers' compensation and disability on every employee.
- OSHA hazard communication training; safety data sheets kept on site for every product we use.
- Green Seal or EPA Safer Choice products by default. Hospital-grade disinfectants where a client needs them.
- Keys and access cards signed in and out each shift and logged.

The Bronx and Staten Island by arrangement for buildings over 20,000 sq ft. Office at 245 W 29th St, Suite 4B, New York. Crews report to your building, not to us.
