Six services. Most buildings start with a nightly contract and add floor care on a calendar. The rest is there when you need it, priced per job.
Nightly janitorial
The core contract. A crew assigned to your building arrives after close, works a fixed checklist, and is gone before your first person arrives.
- Workstations, desks and shared surfaces wiped
- Trash and recycling emptied, liners replaced
- Kitchen counters, sink and appliance fronts; dishwasher run
- Restrooms disinfected and restocked
- Carpets vacuumed; hard floors dust-mopped and damp-mopped
- Glass doors and partitions spot-cleaned
- Conference rooms reset for the morning
- Entry mats and lobby floor
Day porter
A uniformed porter in your building during business hours, keeping lobbies, restrooms and pantries presentable and handling spills, deliveries and the things that can't wait for tonight.
- Lobby and entrance kept clear and clean through the day
- Restroom checks on a posted schedule, restocked as needed
- Pantry and kitchen reset after lunch
- Spill and weather response: mats, wet-floor cones, salt in winter
- Conference room turnover between meetings

Floor care
Floors are where a building shows its age first. We put every floor type on a maintenance calendar so it never gets to the point where someone notices.
- VCT strip and re-wax, typically twice a year, with interim scrub-and-recoat
- Weekly or monthly burnishing for high-gloss lobbies
- Hot-water carpet extraction, quarterly or on request
- Terrazzo, marble and polished concrete cleaned with pH-neutral products
- Grout cleaning and sealing in restrooms and kitchens
- Entry mat rotation and cleaning
Post-construction clean-up
New build-outs leave a fine dust that settles for days and gets into everything. We do the rough clean, the detail clean, and the final pass right before the furniture arrives.
- Rough clean: debris removal, sweeping, protective film and stickers off
- Detail clean: HEPA vacuuming of all surfaces, ledges, ducts and light fixtures
- Windows, glass and frames, inside
- Cabinets and drawers inside and out
- Restrooms and kitchens sanitised for first use
- Final pass after furniture delivery

Disinfection and medical cleaning
For medical and dental offices, and for any workplace that needs proof of what was disinfected and when. EPA List N disinfectants, correct dwell times, and a log you can show an inspector.
- Exam rooms and operatories wiped down with hospital-grade disinfectant
- High-touch points on a checklist: handles, switches, counters, chair arms, keyboards
- Waiting rooms and reception
- Restroom disinfection with logged dwell time
- Sharps and biohazard containers left untouched; we work around your protocols
- Electrostatic spraying for outbreaks or as a scheduled add-on
