The core contract. A crew assigned to your building arrives after close, works a fixed checklist, and is gone before your first person arrives.
What’s included
- Workstations, desks and shared surfaces wiped
- Trash and recycling emptied, liners replaced
- Kitchen counters, sink and appliance fronts; dishwasher run
- Restrooms disinfected and restocked
- Carpets vacuumed; hard floors dust-mopped and damp-mopped
- Glass doors and partitions spot-cleaned
- Conference rooms reset for the morning
- Entry mats and lobby floor
How it’s scheduled
Five nights a week is standard for offices over 5,000 sq ft; smaller suites usually run three. Start time is set at the walkthrough around your building's after-hours access rules and freight elevator schedule.
