Post-construction clean-up
New build-outs leave a fine dust that settles for days and gets into everything. We do the rough clean, the detail clean, and the final pass right before the furniture arrives.

- Rough clean: debris removal, sweeping, protective film and stickers off
- Detail clean: HEPA vacuuming of all surfaces, ledges, ducts and light fixtures
- Windows, glass and frames, inside
- Cabinets and drawers inside and out
- Restrooms and kitchens sanitised for first use
- Final pass after furniture delivery
How it’s scheduled
Booked to the contractor's completion date with a day of float. Usually two to four days of work depending on square footage. Can be a one-off or the first job of a nightly contract.
