Floor care
Floors are where a building shows its age first. We put every floor type on a maintenance calendar so it never gets to the point where someone notices.
What’s included
- VCT strip and re-wax, typically twice a year, with interim scrub-and-recoat
- Weekly or monthly burnishing for high-gloss lobbies
- Hot-water carpet extraction, quarterly or on request
- Terrazzo, marble and polished concrete cleaned with pH-neutral products
- Grout cleaning and sealing in restrooms and kitchens
- Entry mat rotation and cleaning
How it’s scheduled
Floor work runs on weekends or overnight so nothing is roped off while your team is in. We send the annual calendar with the contract and confirm each date a week ahead.
