How it’s scheduled
Nightly for practices; weekly or on-call for offices that want a periodic reset. Staff assigned to medical clients are trained on bloodborne pathogen and HIPAA basics and never touch patient records.

Our building requires a certificate of insurance naming three parties, and most vendors take a week to get it right. They had it to our property manager the next morning.
